Overall

The omelet was nice while its hot. The steam song fish head with fried garlic topping was marvelous! The garlic was fried to perfection and it's so crispy most of all the fish was tender and fresh. The wolfberry leaves soup with egg was nice not oily and not over flavoring on the soup itself and vegetable was tender and nice with fish slices. The crabmeat beancurd was nice too with some vegetables such as holland beans and carrots. The beancurd was nice too. The Stir-fried mee sua was not sticky and it's really the skill of cooking mee sua as it will stick together if the fire was not handled carefully and it's not salty it's nice. Lastly, the scallop with broccoli. The scallop was not over cooked it is just nice the broccoli was crunchy and it's easy to chew on. Great! I will rate this 9/10 star.

Overall

The Root Beer was from a glass bottled so it's not much of special, black pepper chicken was very tender with fresh peppery taste. The sides was great for the potato salad as they used red skinned potato that was quite healthy with I think was mayo with chives dressings?...and the pasta was nice too. To my disappointment, the steak of the medium rare was completely different from the one I had at Cathay branch. The meat was quite alright, after which, it was too rare that it's hard to chew. The soup was nice with pepper together that you wouldn't need to add pepper again. The garlic bread was crispy with a great combination of the soup. I rate this 8.5/10 star.
