Grill Pepper Salmon Pasta (13 November 2011)

Hi Food Lovers! I'll be updating some recipes that you can try to cook at home :)

Grill Pepper Salmon Pasta (Serves 2)

Ingredients:
Half Box/Packet Spaghetti/Any Kind Of Pasta Will Do
3 Teaspoons Of Ready Chopped Garlic
1 Fillet Salmon (Cut Into Half, You Can Get From Supermarkets)
Dash Of Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt & Olive Oil
5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Method:
Cook the pastas as instructed in the packaging (approx. 8 to 10 minutes) until soft, add olive oil and salt while cooking the pastas into boiling water.

Add oil into frying pan, grill the salmons with a dash of pepper on both sides (flip the salmons and repeat dashing pepper). Cook around 5 minutes or until the surface is slightly golden brown. Place each salmon on the plate on one side so that another side can place the pasta on it.

If the oil is still left on the frying pan, place the ready chopped garlic into the same frying pan and sautee and garlic, do not over burn them. Use a tong to take out the cooked pasta from the saucepan/pot and transfer them into the frying pan with sauteed garlic.

Stir fry the pasta for 3 minutes and place them into the plate on the side of the salmon. Enjoy!
