18 November 2010 - Pin Sheng Seafood Soup

Hi food lovers! Sorry for the delay of months to blog!! Busy still...but today I'm here to review a food center stall called "Pin Sheng Seafood Soup". It was my first time having fried fish soup there (Location will be on after review of food) I think it is newly open or something as I didn't went there for quite a long time. So I am going to review this stall and rate it and you can try it too!

Overall

The soup was cooked to perfection. There's no oily/greasy taste and it's tasty but not salty of the soup. The fried fish soaked on the soup was so nice as not like very dried or over fried fish. The meat of the fish was tender and smooth.

There is no after taste as the soup was purely cooked without MSG. The soup ingredients are freshly made, vegetables are fresh, tofu is fresh and tomatoes too. It is a healthier choice too. If you do not wish to have fried fish, there are other choice like, seafood soup, hand-made noodles, fish slice soups or thick beehoon. Get to try this!
