"Fu Rong" Omelet -
Indeed it's not oily at all. Generous ingredients in the omelet and when you have your first mouth of the omelet, you take it more and more. Yummy! Rate 9/10
Stir-Fried Kai Lan -
Crunchy vegetables that is fresh and the cooking way of the vegetables is not slow is more of sautéing the vegetables fast and it's not over cooked to the color changed. The sauce it's not salty is the best companion for the bowl of rice! Rate 8/10
Hong Kong Style Garlic Fish Head ($16) -
This is their signature dish for decades. The aroma is just too tempting that you wanted to eat on. The time is worth waiting for this "song" fish head. It takes an hour plus for the fish head to be fully cooked. The fried garlic that topped on the fish head makes an extra taste of the fish. The sauce was full of taste. They stir-fried all the toppings after the fish head was steamed. The popping hot flesh of the fish was awesomely GREAT! This is a die-die must try signature dish! Rate 10/10
Seafood Soup -
This soup does not have any oil layers at all. The soup was refreshing and the ingredients was fresh as the ingredients all are from fresh markets picked in the morning. The squid was chewy and not tough. The fish slices was fresh, not tough or fishy taste, The prawns were slightly over cooked but bit crunch and chewy too. The soup was clear without the taste that you had full in your stomach. Great taste of seafood, clear soup. Rate 10/10
